APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting SHOPUTS.FIU.EDU you agree that the laws of the
state of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern
these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you
and University Technology Services (UTS).
PRICES
Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most
recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this
price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in
your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at
that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the
time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.
Some discounts are limited-time offers. Also, as the
discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability,
SHOPUTS.FIU.EDU's price will necessarily change on occasion.
With respect to items sold by SHOPUTS.FIU.EDU, we cannot
confirm the price of an item until you order; however, payments are charged at
the time you place your order, and third-party sellers may follow different
policies in the event of a mispriced item. Despite our best efforts, a small
number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price
is higher than our stated price, we will, either contact you for instructions
before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Please note that this policy applies only to products sold
and shipped by SHOPUTS.FIU.EDU.
PRICE MATCHING
SHOPUTS.FIU.EDU does not price-match with other retailers
(including those who sell their items on our Web site). We do, however,
consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry.
MICROSOFT WORK AT HOME (WAH)
Microsoft Work at Home (WAH) Software is made available to
you because Florida International University (FIU) has purchased license
coverage for the Software through its Microsoft Campus Subscription Enrollment.
FIU has ordered the right for you to use the Software for
Work-related purposes at home under its Microsoft Campus Subscription
Enrollment.
You are not licensed to use the Software at home for
personal purposes. You do not own the license, rather you are authorized to use
the Software and associated media pursuant to the terms and conditions of the
licensing agreement.
You will be required to remove the Software from your home
machine immediately upon expiration of the licensed period or earlier if your
employment by FIU ends.
PRIVACY
Please review our Privacy Statement, which also governs your
visit to SHOPUTS.FIU.EDU, to understand our practices.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
If you return the product un-opened within 30 days, a 25%
restocking fee will be charged. Shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.
Return of un-opened Microsoft, Adobe and opened products will not be accepted.
If you wish to exchange or return your purchase and cannot visit our office,
simply ship the item back to our office at the address listed below. Returned
item has to be in the original packaging with your order number written outside
of the package. All returned items must have all original labels in place and
before of any signs of usage, tampering and dents. Please note that you are
responsible for all shipping and handling costs when affecting a return of DOA,
wrong part order, and non-used part. All non-defective, wrong part order, and
part not used return will occur a 25% restocking fee. You can always contact us if you have
questions or need any assistance.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit SHOPUTS.FIU.EDU or send e-mails to us, you
are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications
from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting
notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and
other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal
requirement that such communications be in writing.

logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations,
